Mahadiscom or MSEDCL stands for Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited is an open segment undertaking (PSU) constrained by the Government of Maharashtra. It is the biggest power dissemination utility in India (second biggest in Asia after SGCC). MSEDCL appropriates power to the whole Maharashtra state[1] with the exception of some piece of Mumbai city where Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport, Tata Power and Adani Power are power merchants.
